What we collect
When you submit your project through the project review we collect the data you share with us: name, email, WhatsApp, country, company, role, website, and the description of your idea or project (including the conversation with our assistant). We also use anonymous web analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
Exclusively to evaluate your project, prepare your business proposal, and communicate with you about it (email or WhatsApp). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
AI processing
Your project description is processed with artificial intelligence models (Anthropic) to build the requirements and prepare the internal evaluation. These providers process data as processors and do not use it to train their models.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (database with encryption in transit and at rest) and emails are sent through SendGrid. Access to the internal panel is restricted to the EOM Labs team.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to labs@eomglobal.com. We respond within 15 days.
